Contract-to-Hire

For those wishing to try before they buy, Chronarch offers contract-to-hire solutions. Under our contract-to-hire provisions, you don’t have to wait 3 months or even 6 months before making an offer to one of our consultants. If a Chronarch consultant is working for you, regardless of the amount of time he or she has been on site, you have the right to hire them. No questions asked. Our primary objective is to serve you and if you want to offer employment to one of our consultants, you have our blessing.
