We follow a very detailed process when supplying candidates to our customers. We understand that our clients have engaged our services to help find just the right candidate. It is important that we screen as many candidates as possible prior to submission in order to make the best use of our client’s time.

We typically review over 50 resumes and conduct interviews with at least 10 potential candidates for every one candidate that is submitted for client review. It is this commitment to excellence that forms the foundation for a long-term client relationship. Our goal is not to submit the most candidates – simply the best!

In order to submit only the most qualified candidates we rely on the extensive industry knowledge of our recruiting staff. Chronarch recruiters rely on their average of 12 years IT industry experience to determine whether or not potential candidates are a good fit for our clients. Our interviews are designed to determine the extent of the candidate’s knowledge in the areas of specialization we seek. We strive to learn not only the types of technology the candidate has been exposed to, but also how that technology was utilized and what specific role the candidate has performed in each project.

In addition to analyzing the candidate’s technical savvy, we also evaluate communication skills, motivational fit, and past job history. Finally, we obtain references from each candidate prior to submission for client review. If a candidate does not provide references, he/she will not be submitted to the client.
